This Agreement is between DhakaBrain, LLC. and the company or person accessing or using the Product. This Agreement consists of this Cover Page and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 1.1 ("Standard Terms"). Any modifications made in this Cover Page will control over conflicts with the Standard Terms.

- Cloud Service:
- DhakaBrain is a Deterministic Context Engineering platform for building, controlling, and operating reliable AI agents (referred as Deterministic AI Agent DAA).
- Subscription Period:
- 1 month(s)
- Cloud Service Fees:
- Customer will pay Provider fees based on the plan selected at the time of account creation and Customer's usage of AI Credits, as described on the Provider's pricing page.
Key Terms
- Provider:
- DhakaBrain, LLC.
- Governing Law:
- The laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Changes to the Standard Terms
- Publicity Rights:
- Provider may identify Customer and use Customer's logo on Provider's website and in marketing materials to identify Customer as a user of the Product.
- Benchmarking Restrictions:
- Customer may not conduct any performance testing or benchmarking of the Cloud Service for public disclosure without Provider’s prior written consent. Customer may conduct such testing solely for its own internal evaluation purposes.
