Terms of Service

This Agreement is between DhakaBrain, Inc. and the company or person accessing or using the Product. This Agreement consists of this Cover Page and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 1.1 ("Standard Terms"). Any modifications made in this Cover Page will control over conflicts with the Standard Terms.

Order Form

Cloud Service:
DhakaBrain is a Deterministic Context Engine platform for building, controlling, and operating reliable, auditable AI agents (each a "Deterministic AI Agent" or "DAA"). It provides unified endpoints for context retrieval, graph-based reasoning, and analytics.
Subscription Period:
For paid plans, the Subscription Period is monthly, renewing automatically. Free Services are provided on an ongoing basis until terminated by either party.
Cloud Service Fees:
Customer will pay Provider the fees for their selected paid plan ("Paid Services") as described on the Provider's pricing page.
No fees are due for the "Free Services". Free Services are subject to specific limitations as described on our pricing page, which may include, without limitation: (i) a monthly allowance of AI Credits for agent and backend API usage (metered via endpoints such as /mcp/context and /mcp/aggregate), (ii) per-day or other period-based rate limits for data ingestion and processing, and (iii) non-production "teaser" usage limits for certain advanced features.

Changes to the Standard Terms

Publicity Rights:
Provider may identify Customer and use Customer's logo on Provider's website and in marketing materials to identify Customer as a user of the Product.
Benchmarking Restrictions:
Customer may not conduct any performance testing or benchmarking of the Cloud Service for public disclosure without Provider’s prior written consent. Customer may conduct such testing solely for its own internal evaluation purposes.
